3. HAL Selection Process

For Management Trainee (MT):

Step 1: Valid GATE 2026 Score (Shortlisting)
         ↓
Step 2: Personal Interview (PI)
         ↓
Step 3: Medical Examination
         ↓
Final Merit = GATE Score + PI Score

For Apprentice:

Application → Merit-based Shortlisting (10th/Diploma/Degree marks)
            → Document Verification → Training starts
