Frequently asked questions
How do I resize my signature to 10–20 KB?
Upload a photo or scan of your signature. The tool crops to the ink, cleans the paper to white and sets the file between your minimum and maximum KB (10–20 KB by default). Change the size or KB if your form asks for something else.
My signature photo has a grey or shadowed background. Can it be fixed?
Yes. “Clean background” turns the paper pure white and darkens the ink, which is what most application forms expect.
Can I change the ink colour?
Yes. Keep the original colour, or make the ink pure black or blue. Check your form's rules first, since some ask for a specific ink colour.
What size should a signature be for exam forms?
It depends on the exam. The table on this page lists the signature size from each exam's official notice, for example IBPS and SBI use 140 × 60 px at 10–20 KB, and SSC asks for about 6.0 × 2.0 cm at 10–20 KB.
