Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET) 2026

Conducted by JNTU Kakinada on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), the AP EAPCET is the principal test for engineering and agricultural programme access in the state.

1. Exam Testing Dates (Subject Setup)

  • Engineering Stream (E): Expected third week of May 2026.
  • Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream (A&P): Immediately follows the Engineering window.

2. Test Modality

  • Format: Purely Computer Based Test (CBT).
  • Subject Distribution (E-Stream): Mathematics (80 Questions), Physics (40 Questions), Chemistry (40 Questions).
  • Subject Distribution (A&P-Stream): Botany (40), Zoology (40), Physics (40), Chemistry (40).
  • Negative Marking: Similar to its counterparts, AP EAPCET currently does not employ negative marking.
