Photograph rules
- Name the file �photo� (photo.jpg), colour photo.
- Clear, recent photo showing the full face; the face must cover at least 3/4th (75%) of the photo area.
- Plain white background; frontal view of the full face, head in the centre, both ears visible.
- Eyes open, natural expression (no grinning, frowning or raised eyebrows); eyes not covered by hair; avoid glare on eyeglasses.
- No dark background or uniform, no coloured/dark glasses, no shadows on face or background.
- The photograph is NOT to be signed.
Signature (three times) rules
- Sign three times, one below the other (vertically), in black ink on plain white paper, with an adequate gap between signatures.
- Scan all three signatures in a single image containing exactly three signatures, properly oriented, on plain paper (no lines or colours).
- Image must be clear, sharp and well-lit.
- Name the file �signature� (signature.jpg).
- Files that miss the specifications are rejected.
